At Continental Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your frames; if they aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the branded protective case and cleaning cloth.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  • 2.
    Package Your Frames

    Securely place the eyewear in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories like cases and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Print and Attach Label

    Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
